论运动员选材中的非衡结构补偿效应

摘　　要：从运动员竞技能力非衡结构补偿效应的角度分析运动员的选材,指出非衡补偿、平衡补偿、内源性补偿和外源性补偿等不同的补偿途径对运动员选材的影响。针对不同的补偿方式就运动员选材问题提出可行性的建议。This article from the athletic ability of scale structure to selection of athletes is analysed in terms of compensation effect, it is pointed out that the unbalanced compensation and balanced compensation, endogenous compensation and exogenous compensation, such as different compensation way ＂affect athletes selecting. According to different ways of compensation, athletes selecting problem put forward feasibility suggestions. Through the scientific selection methods, improve the athletes＇ performance, promote the development of competitive sports in China.
