摘  要:研究了经过不同热处理的NdFeB系纳米晶复合永磁合金的磁滞行为,根据磁滞回线一阶导数 曲线dM/dH~H分析了双相磁体磁滞回线M~H的变化情况,采用XRD和TEM对各典型回线 对应的样品组织结构进行了观测分析,在欠时效和过时效条件下,dM/dH~H曲线均出现双峰,但对 应不同的显微组织和不同的机制.在峰值时效条件下,合金由2:14:1和α-Fe双相组成,dM/dH~H 曲线由单峰组成,磁滞回线表现为单相磁体的磁滞行为。Hysteresis behavior of nanocomposite NdFeB magnet under different annealing treatment was investigated. The characteristic change of typical M - H hysteresis loops was analyzed using dM/dH - H curves. The microstructures of samples corresponding to typical hysteresis loops were studied by TEM and XRD method. Two peaks appear in dM/dH - H curves of samples under both underage and postage treatment, but with different microstructure and mechanism. There is only one peak in the dM/dH - H curve under peak-aging treatment, the hysteresis loop of sample consisted of 2:14:1 and α-Fe phases has characteristic of smooth single-phase type demagnetization curve.
