摘 要:介绍了近年来国内外氮基阻滞剂抑制二恶英生成的研究进展,阐述了温度、浓度、反应物种类等因素对氮基阻滞剂抑制效果的影响。通过对比分析硫酸铵、尿素和氨气等氮基阻滞剂抑制二恶英生成效果的差异,总结了可能的氮基抑制机理,包括阻滞氯化作用、减弱Deacon反应、催化剂中毒等。最后简要地介绍了污泥干化气作为一种新型阻滞剂的可能性,并指出了此方向今后研究的重点和难点。氮基阻滞剂作为一种十分有效的二恶英生成阻滞剂,仍需加强机理的探索和新型阻滞剂的开发。The research on the suppressing effect of nitrogencontaining inhibitors on the formation of dioxins was con ducted with the factors of temperature, concentrations and types of inhibitors. The potential inhibiting mechanisms were concluded, including inhibiting chlorination, weakening deacon process and poisoning catalyst, by comparing the inhi bition effect of different nitrogencontaining inhibitors, such as ammonium sulfate, urea and ammonia. A new potential inhibitor, sludge drying gas was discussed, and the focus and difficulty of the research in the future were indicated. The nitrogencontaining inhibitors could inhibit dioxins formation effectively, but the deep inhibition mechanism of the nitrogencontaining inhibitors and the development of new potential inhibitor need a further study.
