摘　　要：政府利益的非公共性倾向的特征主要在于:合理性、非主流性、隐匿性、膨胀性。政府利益非公共性倾向的回应及其矫正路径:满足政府的自身正当利益;抑制政府利益非公共性倾向中不正当的部分。The features of non public tendency in government interest lie mainly in rationality, non-mainstream, elusiveness and expansion. The solutions to this tendency are to meet the govern- ment＇s reasonable interests and inhibit the improper part of non public tendency in government inter- est.
