摘　　要：以吉林省农科院图书馆为例对读者问卷调查的结果进行了分析,以求了解读者需求状况、对文献资源的利用特点及对图书馆工作人员的服务满意程度,明确图书馆今后工作的重点和方向。Taking library of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, results of investigation of readers were analyzed in the paper. The readers＇ requirement, characters of the utilization of document resource and degree of readers＇ satisfaction on the staff＇ s work in our library were known and stress and orientation of work in our library in future made clear.
