心可宁胶囊质量控制方法研究

摘　　要：目的 研究建立比色法测定心可宁胶囊中水溶性酚酸总量的方法,用以控制该制剂的内在质量.方法 于1.0mol/L冰醋酸溶剂中,利用心可宁胶囊中的水溶性酚酸类成分与铁氰化钾-三氯化铁的显色反应,采用比色法测定心可宁胶囊中水溶性酚酸（以原儿茶醛计）的总量.结果 原儿茶醛在0.5892～1.7676μg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为：A=0.6343C＋0.008879（r=0.9991）,加样平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.58%.结论 该法结果准确,简便快速,重现性好,可用于心可宁胶囊的质量控制.Objective To establish a method of determining the total components of water-soluble phenolic acidity in Xinkening capsule in order to control the internal quality of preparation. Methods In the solvent of 1 tool/Lice acetic acid, using the reaction between the total components of water-soluble phenolic acidity in Xinkening capsule and the kalium ferricya- nide-iron chloride, the total components of water-soluble phenolic acidity in Xinkening capsule （ calculated with protocatechual- dehyde ） were determined by colorimetrie spectrophotometry. Results The linear range of protocatechualdehyde was over 0. 5892 - 1. 7676μg/mL, the correlate equation is ： A = 0. 6343C ＋ 0. 008879 （ r = 0.9991 ）, the average recoveries and relative standard deviation were 98.6% and 1.58% respectively. Conclusion The method is quick, simple and accurate,with good reappearance, and it is usable on controling the quality of Xinkening capsule.
