摘　　要：目的探讨我院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防用抗菌药物的现状和管理对策。方法对我院102例Ⅰ类切口清洁手术围术期预防用抗菌药物进行合理性分析,探讨管理对策。结果通过调查发现我院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防用抗菌药物存在用药指征、用药种类、用药时机、用药时间不合理的现状。结论加强围术期抗菌药物使用的管理和监督意义重大。Objective Inquire into the present situation that prophylactic antibiotics for the patients in type I incision operation and management countermeasure. Methods Analysis of rational use of prophylactic antibiotics in type I incision op- eration, and inquire into management countermeasure. Results There are problems in prophylactic antimicrobial usage in pa- tients with type I incision operation in this hospital, including antimicrobial agents not chosen properly, the indications not strin- gent,the timing of usage not appropriate. Conclusion Strengthen the supervision and management had great significance.
