摘  要:台湾东海大学的劳作教育制度已坚持58年。通过劳作教育,完善了大学生的人格,实现了教育的目的,形成了优良的校风学风。这一成功经验值得借鉴。With well-designed institution and long-term practice,the labor education system has become a unique culture and tradition of Tunghai University,and special educational mode of HEIs in Taiwan for its perfect management,operational mechanism as well as 58-year perseverance.This system reflects important values through labor education such as the achievement of the educational purpose and the personality perfection of the students and the formation of excellent school spirits.Such successful experience is worth learning by inland higher schools.
