摘　　要：目的比较藏药二十五味珊瑚丸与常规抗癫痫药物(AEDs)治疗癫痫强直-阵挛性发作的疗效。方法将2012年4月—2013年4月于本所就诊的癫痫强直-阵挛性发作患者102例,随机分为二十五味珊瑚丸组(治疗组)和常规AEDs观察组(对照组),治疗组单纯口服二十五味珊瑚丸治疗,对照组采用西医规范化AEDs治疗,两个月后比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为88.23%,对照组总有效率为68.62%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二十五味珊瑚丸治疗癫痫强直-阵挛性发作有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of twenty-five ingredient coral pill in the treatment of ep- ilepsy with tonic-clonic seizures compared with the regular anti-epilepsy drug（AEDs）. Methods From April 2012 to April 2013,102 cases of epilepsy with tonic-clonic seizures were randomly divided into twenty-five ingredient coral pill group（treatment group）and routine taking AEDs group（control group）. The patients in the treatment group used twenty-five ingredient coral pill and the patients in control group used AEDs to treat their epilepsy with tonic-clonic seizures. The effect was evaluated after 2 months. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.23% and that of control group was 68. 62%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Twenty-five ingredient coral＇ pill is effective in the treatment of epilepsy with tonic-clonic seizures.
