摘　　要：基本图形转换规范(IGES)是不同CAD/CAM系统之间进行数据交换时经常采用的一种数据交换标准。介绍了IGES的出现背景、历史发展及IGES文件结构,分析了文件各区和数据记录形式,重点分析了裁剪参数曲面的IGES数据定义形式,给出了裁剪曲面的读取方法,最后给出了图形显示结果。IGES is a standard for data exchange between different CAD/CAM systems. The background, development, and file structures of IGES were introduced in this paper. Each area of the IGES file and the corresponding data format were analyzed, and the data format of trimmed surfaces was analyzed in detail. The reading method of trimmed surfaces was given, and the result was displayed to demonstrate the validity of the method.
