瑞芬太尼对老年全麻患者术后认知功能及其相关血清指标的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 研究分析瑞芬太尼对老年全麻患者术后认知功能及其相关血清指标的影响.方法 选取2010年6月~2013年6月于本院进行手术治疗的160例老年患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（芬太尼组）80例和观察组（瑞芬太尼组）80例,比较两组患者的总认知功能障碍发生率及手术前后的血清神经递质及其他相关血清指标.结果 观察组术后6 h、24 h及48 h的总认知功能障碍发生率均低于对照组,血清神经递质均高于对照组,相关血清指标则均低于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 瑞芬太尼对老年全麻患者术后认知功能的影响好于芬太尼,对相关血清指标的不良影响也相对较小.Objective To study and analyze the influence of remifentanil for the postoperative cognitive function and its related serum indexes of elderly patients with general anesthesia. Methods 160 elderly patients with general anesthesia during operation in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were enrolled as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group（fentanyl group）80 cases and observation group （remifentanil group）80 cases. The total cognitive dysfunction rate and serum neurotransmitter and other related serum indexes before and after the operation of two groups were compared. Results The total cognitive dysfunction rates of observation group at 6 h, 24 h and 48 h after the operation were lower than those of control group, respectively. Serum neurotransmitter indexes were all higher than those of control group,and other related serum indexes were respectively lower than those of control group too, all P〈O. 05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The influence of remifentanil for the postoperative cognitive function of elderly patients with general anesthesia is better than that of fentanyl,and its adverse effects for the related serum indexes are relatively smaller.
