医学类科研项目立项定量评价方案研究

摘　　要：本文以医学科研项目为例,从医学项目涉及的研究人员资历、项目前期成果、项目立项前查新、项目申请书内容等指标阐述医学项目评价指标的分类分级。作者提出了立项质量的定量评价模型,并对其进行了模拟实践展示,运用布拉德福定律对批量的定量评价结果进行处理。In this paper,medical research,for example,from the medical qualifications of researchers involved in the project, preliminary results, novelty search before the project and the content of the project apphication to expond the classification and grading of indicators of medical evaluation project. Authors proposed a model for quantitative evaluation of the quality of project, showed its simulated practice, and used the Brodford＇s law to deal with the quantitative evaluation results.
