整体护理对永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术患者的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理干预对永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术患者的作用。方法选择在我院行永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术治疗的严重心律失常患者226例,对入选患者均实施整体护理干预,运用自身对照的方法进行评价,比较患者在住院手术期间不同时间点疾病不确定感与状态焦虑水平等变化。结果 1)患者疾病不确定感与状态焦虑水平:入院当天处于高水平;与入院当天比较,术前1晚、术后3d明显下降(P<0.05);而出院当天显著下降(P<0.01)。2)出院时患者满意度、护患沟通率以及健康教育覆盖率,与入院时比较,有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论整体护理可以降低永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术患者疾病不确定感与状态焦虑水平。Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing in patients receiving implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker. Methods A total of 226 cases of serious arrhythmia patients who received the implantation of artificial cardiac pacemaker were recruited. The holistic nursing intervention was applied to the patients. The evaluation was made by self-comparison method. The disease uncertainty and status of anxiety of the patients at 4 time points were analyzed and compared. Results 1） The uncertainty on disease condition and the status of anxiety level were high on the day of admission; compared to the day of admission, these feelings were improved the night before surgery and three days after surgery （P〈0.05）; the disease uncertainty on the day of discharge was dropped most significantly （P〈0.01）. 2） On the day of discharge, the satisfaction level, the nurse- patient communication rate and the health education coverage, were all significantly increased （P〈O. 01） compared to that on the day of admission. Conclusion Holistic nursing helps lower the disease uncertainty and state anxiety level of the patients receiving the implantation of artificial cardiac pacemaker.
