摘　　要：介绍了某德士古气化炉整体法兰的复杂结构、技术要求及制造工艺,针对制造过程中出现的关键和难点问题,例如锻件毛坯形式、试样环位置、下端圆角设计和加工、内壁堆焊、无损检测落实等,进行了深入的分析研究和探讨,合理地提出了更为先进可行的技术改进方案,明显提高了整体法兰的制造技术水平、质量和经济效益。The complex structure and technical requirements and manufacturing process of integrated flange of Texaco gasifier was introduced. Lot of key problem and difficulty in production being aimed at, for example forging rough form, sample ring taking location, design and machining of corner of below sur face, inside stock welding, put into effect of nondestructive testing, deep analysis and research and probing into being made. A more advanced and feasible improvement method rationally being put forward, the lev el of manufacturing technology and quality and benefit of integrated flange being enhanced in evidence
