摘 要:采用电化学阻抗谱、扫描Kelvin探针及石英晶体微天平等方法研究了1-羟基苯并三氮唑(BTAOH)和钼酸钠(Na2MoO4)在模拟大气腐蚀液中对铜的缓蚀作用。结果表明,BTAOH与Na2MoO4以2∶1复配使用能够在铜表面快速形成吸附膜和氧化膜,阻止侵蚀性离子在铜表面的吸附,并显著提高铜在模拟大气腐蚀液中的电荷转移电阻。铜表面平整致密,无明显的腐蚀产物,而空白试样表面的腐蚀产物呈聚集柱状堆积。在含有复配缓蚀剂的溶液中浸泡96h后,铜表面的Kelvin电位变化很小,表面仅发生了轻微的腐蚀。The corrosion inhibition effect of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and sodium molybdate for copper in ASTM D 1384 simulation atmosphere corrosive liquid was investigated by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, scanning Kelvin probe (SKP) and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). The results revealed that BTAOH and Na2 MoO4 compounding in 2 to 1 could fast form adsorption film and oxidation film on copper surface, prevent the adsorption of corrosive ions on the surface of copper, and improve the charge transfer resistance. In corrosion inhibitor containing media, the copper surface was smooth and dense,while corrosion products of copper in simulation atmosphere corrosive liquid piled up on the sur-face in rendering granular. The scan Kelvin probe was used to obtain corrosion potential maps on copper surface under dif- ferent hours. We can see that after 96 hours, the change of Kelvin potential on copper surface was very small, only slight corrosion oecurred.
