摘 要:目的评价PainVision法评估分娩疼痛程度的可靠性。方法第一产程潜伏期足月产妇89例,年龄19~31岁,体重55~85kg。同时采用PainVision法和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估产妇分娩疼痛程度。PainVision法测量产妇感受的最小刺激电流量(电流知觉临界值)和与原有疼痛相对应的电流量(疼痛对应电流),根据其对电流刺激的反应程度转化为疼痛程度(PD)。VAS评分与PD行直线相关分析。结果VAS评分与PD无相关性,其相关系数为0.206(P〉0.05)。结论PainVision法不能客观地评估分娩疼痛的程度。Objective To evaluate the reliability of PainVision method for assessment of labor pain. Methods Eighty-nine nulliparous parturients who were at full term and at the latent period of the first stage of la- bor, aged 19-31 yr, weighing 55-85 kg, were enrolled in this study. The degree of labor pain was assessed using PainVision method and VAS. Pain degree is calculated from two parameters, current perception threshold and pain compatible electrical current by using a somatosensory evoked potential stimulator. The former parameter was de- fined by the lowest electrical current detected; the latter parameter defined by the electrical current judged as being compatible with the intensity of ongoing pain. Linear correlation of VAS scores with pain degree was analyzed. Re- suits There was no correlation between pain degree and VAS scores, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 206 ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion PainVision method can not be applied for objective assessment of labor pain.
