摘 要:为解决状态监测下装备最优预防维修的问题,提出两类新的失效率函数,并给出了使用历史数据计算失效率函数的方法。基于提出的失效率函数,制定了不可维修装备的预防替换策略及可维修装备的预防维修策略。针对可维修装备,研究了维修对失效率函数的影响。仿真实验结果说明使用两类新的失效率函数能降低期望维修费率,验证了其在维修决策中比经典失效率函数更有优势。To deal with the optimal preventive maintenance for equipment under condition monitoring, two types of failure rate were proposed and the computing method with historical data was given. Based on the failure rate func tions, the replacement policies for un-repairable equipment and maintenance policies for repairable equipment were generated. For repairable equipment, the effect of maintenance on failure rate functions was studied. The result of simulation showed that the expected cost rate was reduced by taking two types of failure rate functions, and the su periority compared with classical failure rate function in maintenance decision was proved.
