摘 要:为了大幅度提高船模曲面的加工效率和精度,根据其对称的形状特征,介绍了对称加工技术及其实现机理,提出了四坐标船模曲面对称加工集成制造系统模型,分析了系统各模块的设计原则和关键技术。四坐标船模曲面对称加工集成制造系统模型包括预处理模块、CAD模块、CAM模块、后处理模块、CNC模块,五个模块的开发充分利用了现有CAD/CAM一体化技术,采用统一数据库,模块之间实现了无缝连接和自由切换。基于上述研究成果,研发了国内首套四坐标船模曲面对称加工集成制造系统,通过该系统的应用验证了所提方法的有效性。To improve the machining efficiency and precision of the ship model surface significantly, the symmetrical machining technology and its implementation mechanism was introduced according to ship model surface's symmetri cal characteristic. The symmetrical machining integrated system for 4-axis ship model surface was put forward, which included the preprocessing module, the CAD module, the CAM module, the post-processing module and the CNC module, and the design principle as well as the key technology on system modules were analyzed. The seamless connection and switched freely between these five modules were realized by adopting the existing CAD/CAM inte gration technology and the unified database. Based on the above researches, the first set of 4-axis symmetrical ma chining integrated system for ship model surface in domestic was developed independently, by which the application proved the effectiveness of proposed method.
