摘 要:针对传统的流程复杂度量偏重于流程逻辑结构的分析,对流程运行过程中其他要素的分析不足,尤其是参与者的资源使用以及依赖关系等问题,提出了资源流转率和流程资源转化效率的概念,并应用流程挖掘的方法,对流程复杂性分析进行扩展。为了说明方法的有效性,最后给出了应用实例。结果表明,通过减少业务流程的复杂性,也可以改善流程的绩效。The complexity of business processes greatly affects the process etticiency Prior researches on the complexi ty of business processes pay more attention to the structure of process models, but ignore the analysis of their dynam ics, especially in resource consumption and coordination between process participants. Aiming at the above problems, the concepts of resource flow rate and resource transformation efficiency were proposed. The method of process min ing was applied to extend the computation of process complexity. Through the application, the effectiveness of pro posed method was proved, and the application result showed that the performance was improved by reducing the com plexity of business process.
