摘　　要：半连续开采工艺已成为大型露天煤矿剥离系统的重要技术发展方向,其中的关键设备被国外厂商长期垄断,重型卸料车是整个半连续工艺剥离系统中的重要设备之一。文中介绍了研制设计的运输能力9 000 t/h的重型卸料车,大大提高了国产重型卸料车的装备水平,研究成果对改变我国露天煤矿大型设备长期依赖进口,降低设备采购成本,具有重要意义。Semi-continuous mining technology of surface coal mine stripping system has become an important direction of development, the key equipment was monopolied by foreign manufacturers long-term, heavy tripper car is one of the most important equipment in the semi-continuous stripping system. This paper describes a heavy tripper car with 9000t/h rated capacity, improving the equipment level greatly of domestic heavy tripper car, the research results are important for reducing the key equipment reliance on imports and reducing the purchase cost on the device.
