白芍中芍药苷的闪式提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究闪式提取白芍中芍药苷的最佳工艺条件。方法以芍药苷的提取率为指标,采用正交试验设计,对闪式提取的影响因素进行考察,并在提取率、提取时间、耗电量等方面与文献报道的方法进行比较。结果闪式提取的最佳工艺是40%乙醇20倍量,闪式提取1 min。结论本法工艺简单、经济、提取率高,可为中药白芍的开发利用提供参考。Objective To study the best technology conditions of smashing extraction for extracting paeoniflorin from Baishao （Paeonia Lactiflora Pall）. Methods The infuence factors on the smashing extraction were investigated by using index. The extractive rate, extraction orthogonal design taking the extraction rate of time and electricity consumption were compared paeoniflorin as the with other methods reported in literature. Results The best technique of the smashing extraction was as follows： 40% ethanol was taken as solvent, the ratio of liquid and material was 20 ： 1, time was 1 minute. Conclusion This method is simple and economic with a higher extraction rate, which can be used for the exploitation and utilization of Baishao.
