基于CHAID决策树方法的城市居民通勤时间影响因素分析——以南京为例

摘　　要：城市扩张带来通勤距离和通勤时间的增加,影响了城市居民生活质量的提高。因此,探究通勤时间影响因素对于改善通勤交通状况,提高居民生活质量具有现实的必要性。利用决策树分类方法中的CHAID模型,以南京市为例,在问卷调查数据整理和分析的基础上,论文探讨了南京市居民通勤时间影响因素和因素间的交互效应。结果表明:居民通勤最先选择的交通工具是最主要的影响因素,职业类型次之,性别、每月交通费、住房信息以及公共基础设施可达情况等也影响不同类群居民的通勤时间,但影响程度递减。最后,论文归纳了南京市居民关于通勤时间影响因素的若干特征,相应提出了改善通勤状况的建议。Along with the expansion of the city, both the commuting distance and commute time increase which influences city residents to improve the quality of life. So there is a strong need to explore the influencing factors of residents＇ commute time. With applying CHAID model of decision tree, the author makes an empirical study of Nanjing city based on questionnaire survey, data collection and analysis. The author discusses the factors influencing the residents＇ commute time and the interaction effect within factors. The resuits indicate that： ① there are nine factors： the preferred commuting tool, the occupation type, the gender, the monthly transportation fee, the housing sources, the number of schools within 800M radiation radius, the place of residence changed or not, whether there is a subway station within lkm radiation radius and the housing area that influence different groups of residents＇ commute time, but the impact correlation declines one by one; ②the preferred commuting tool is the most important influential factor;③ the occupation type is the second; ④ the gender, the monthly traffic fee and the housing information also influence different groups of residents commute time, but the impact is declining. Then according to the classification results, the paper summarizes the certain characteristics on Nanjing city residents＇ commute time influencing factors. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the urban commuting.
