摘　　要：创新是当今企业发展的主旋律,有效实施知识产权战略,最终将这些创新转化成经济价值和社会价值,成为提高企业竞争力的迫切需要。基于知识产权对企业生存和发展的重要性,本文以苏州苏试试验仪器股份有限公司知识产权战略的实施为例验证了知识产权工作的重要性。Innovation is the theme of enterprise development. Effectively implement the strategy of intellectual property rights, finally to convert these innovation to economic value and social value, is the urgent needs of improve competitive power of enterprises. Based on the importance of intellectual property rights to the enterprise survival and development, this article is using SUZHOU SUSHI TESTING INSTRUMENT CO. LTD. as example to verify the importance of intellectual property work.
