摘 要:目的 :应用RP HPLC检测了小儿麻甘冲剂水煎液中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量。方法 :样品经超声提取 ,色谱柱用pherisorbCN ,流动相用 0 0 0 1mol·L 1二丁胺磷酸水溶液 (pH3 5 ) ,检测波长 2 14nm。结果 :麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱浓度分别在 2 0 32~ 32 5 12 μg·ml 1和 6 88~ 110 0 μg·ml 1范围内线性良好 ,回收率分别为 87 5 %~ 89 8%和 88 8%~ 90 2 %。结论 :该法可适用于含麻黄制剂中麻黄碱 ,伪麻黄碱的含量测定。OBJECTIVE:A reversed phase liquid chromato graphic method has been developed and validated for the determinations of ephedrine and d Pseudo ephedrine in Xiaoer Magan decoction. METHODS: The samples were decocted with supersonic wave,and then measured by HPLC using a Spherisorb CN column and a 0.001 mol·L 1 dibutylamin phosphate(pH3.5) as mobile phase.Ephedrine and d Pseudo ephedrine were quantified by ultraviolet absorbance at 214 nm.RESULTS: The method proved to be linear in the range of 20.32~325.12 μg·ml 1 for ephedrine and 6.88 ~110.0 μg·ml 1 for d Pseudo ephedrine.The recoveries of the method were 87.5%~89 8% for ephedrine and 88.8%~90.2% for d Pseudo ephedrine,respectively.CONCLUSION: The method is applicable to the determination of ephedrine and d Pseudo ephedrine in Ephedrae preparation.
