肥胖患者大网膜脂肪组织中Leptin基因的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的　研究大网膜脂肪组织中 L eptin基因的表达及在肥胖和胰岛素抵抗发病机制中的作用。　方法　选择肥胖患者 (BMI(30 kg/m2 )和正常人 (BMI<2 5 kg/m2 )各 10例 ,抽提大网膜脂肪组织 RNA;用半定量 RT-PCR方法研究肥胖合并胰岛素抵抗患者和正常人大网膜脂肪组织中 L eptin基因的表达。　结果　实验组 L eptinm RNA水平显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。　结论　肥胖患者体内可能存在 L eptin抵抗。Objective\ To study the effect of Leptin gene in pathogenesis of obesity and insulin resistance.\ Methods\ (1)The initial study comprise 10 obesity patients(BMI≥30 kg/m\+2) and 10 normal individuals(BMI<25 kg/m\+2),RNA was extracted from omental adipose tissue.\ (2)Semi\|quantitative RT\|PCR was conducted to compare the expression of Leptin gene in omental adipose tissue of obesity patients with normal individuals.\ Results\ In omental adipose tissue,the level of Leptin mRNA is higher in obesity patients than in normal controls.\ Conclusion\ Leptin resistance may exist in obesity patients.\;
