抗癌Ⅱ号口服液抗消化道肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察抗癌 号口服液的急性毒性及对消化道肿瘤的抑瘤作用。方法 :选用昆明种小白鼠 ,并以腹水型传代接种小鼠肉瘤 S180、小鼠艾氏腹水癌 (EAC) ,采用分组经口灌胃法 ,分别观察抗癌 号口服液对小鼠急性毒性 (服药 72 h后半数致死量 )、荷瘤小鼠的生命延长率、抑瘤率 ,并在光镜下观察其肿瘤病理组织的变化。结果 :L D5 0 为 190 .6 0 g生药 / kg体重 ,大、中、小剂量对小鼠艾氏腹水癌的生命延长率分别为 40 .93%、5 0 .78%、32 .12 % ;对小鼠肉瘤 S180的抑瘤率分别为47.87%、5 0 .5 9%、35 .39%。光镜下见肿瘤细胞发生坏死及退变 ,淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞浸润。结论 :抗癌 号口服液是有效的抗肿瘤复方。Objective:To observe the acute toxity and effect on digestive tumor of Kang'ai Ⅱ Oral Liquid (KOL Ⅱ) .Method:Small mice of Kunming species with S180 and EAC were selected and grouped randomly.KOL Ⅱ was infused to stomach of mice to observe the acute toxity ( the LD 50 after 72h ) and the life prolonged rate of the mice with tumor, and the pathologic change on the optic-microscope.Result: LD 50 was 190.60g/kg, the life prolonged rate of S180 by high,medium and low dosage respectively were 40.93%,50.78%,32.12%;the tumor suppressed rate of S180 were 47.87%, 50.59%and 35.39%.In the optic microscope the tumor cells showed necrosis and cataplasia the lymphcyte and neutrophil infiltrating.Result:KOL Ⅱ was a effective compound formula.
