心理干预对骨科患者负性心理及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的观察心理干预对骨科患者负性心理及疼痛的影响。方法将2011年3月至2012年3月该院骨科医院的182例患者分为对照组(94例)和干预组(88例),对照组给予骨科常规治疗;干预组除常规治疗外加以心理干预。同时,采用问卷调查,包括Zung的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和视觉模拟评分法(VAS),对患者手术前、后的负性心理及疼痛等情况进行评定。结果两组患者在术后12 h的SAS、SDS评分均低于入院时,干预组分值下降大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的VAS评分在术后随着时间的延后而下降,干预组下降程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的心理干预可以改善患者负性心理和疼痛,促进患者的康复。Objective To observe the influence of psychological intervention on negative psychology and pain to patients in orthopedics department. Methods A total of 182 patients,who were in orthopedics department in the hospital from March 20 l 1 to March 2012, were divided into control group （n=94） and intervention group （n=88 ）. The control group was with conventional treatment, while the intervention group was added with psychological intervention on the basis of conventional therapy. Simultane- ously, questionnaire survey, including Zung self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）, Zung self-rating depression scale （SDS） and visual ana- logue scale（VAS） ,was applied to evaluate the negative psychology and pain before and after operation. Results Both the SAS value and SDS value 12 h after operation in the two groups were lower than those on admission,and the decline degree in the in- tervention group was bigger than that in control group with statistically significant difference（P〈O.05 ）. The VAS scores of the pa- tients in both groups dropped with the time delay, and the decline degree in the intervention group was greater than that in the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective psychological intervention can improve patients＇ negative psychology and pain, and promote the recovery of patients.
