摘　　要：在一个以社会分工和商品交换为特征的消费经济时代,人人都离不开消费,系统、全面地保护消费者权利成为市场经济健康运行的内在要求。自1993年颁布《消费者权益保护法》之后,我国就逐渐形成了以《消费者权益保护法》为核心的消费者权利保护体系,但由于我国市场经济尚处于初级发展阶段,消费者保护工作起步较晚,在消费者权利保护的体制机制和法律规范诸方面还有很多空白和不尽周延之处。通过对消协组织投诉受理情况与典型案例的实证分析,本文从完善消费者保护的法律体系、完善消费者保护机构、完善消费者纠纷解决机制、建立经营者诚信体系提高消费者权利保护的科技化和信息化水平等五个方面论述了我国消费者权利保护体系的完善途径。In the contemporary economic society characterized by social division of labor and commodity exchange, consuming plays an indispensable role in human society. It is imperative that we should protect the rights of consumers for the healthy operation of the internal market economy. Since the promulgation of the ＂Consumer Protection Law＂ in 1993, China has gradually formed a ＂Consumer Protection Law - Oriented＂ system. However, considering the facts that China＇ s market economy is still in the early stage of development, consumer protection work started late, there are still some problem with the institutional mechanisms and legal norms in the protection of consumer right. Via empirical Analysis of complaints received with a typical case of the Consumers Association organization, the author from perfecting the legal system of consumer protection, improve the consumer protection agency, improve the consumer dispute resolution mechanism, the establishment of operators credit system, and to improve the protection of consumer sumer rights, science and technology, the level of information, discusses the ways to perfect conrights protection system in our country.
