上海市养老机构老年人生活体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探索上海市养老机构老年人的生活体验。方法选取上海市4家养老机构共12名老年人进行半结构式访谈,用现象学分析法分析资料。结果将被访老年人的生活体验归纳为冲突、忧虑、适应和欣慰4个相关概念。结论上海市养老机构老年人的生活体验喜忧参半,与自身因素,也与机构运营模式、发展理念和相关服务息息相关。积极化解冲突,疏导忧虑,促进适应和维护,有助于改善其生活体验,从而提升老年人在养老机构中的生活质量。Objective To describe the life experience of elderly residents living in residential care facilities in Shanghai. Methods Four residential care facilities were purposefully selected and 12 residents were interviewed for exploration of their experience and feelings. The data were tape-recorded,transcribed in full and then analyzed to identify the main patterns of responses. Results The life experience of elderly residents in residential care facilities were presented as conflict,worry,adaptation and comfort. Conclusion The life experience of elderly residents is mixed and complicated and is closely related to both personal factors and the philosophy and quality of service provided by residential care facilities. Consequently,resolving confliet,enlightening worry,promoting adaptation and maintaining comfort are helpful in improving their quality of life.
