老年重症肺炎合并弥漫性肺泡出血的救治与护理

摘　　要：总结1例老年重症肺炎合并弥漫性肺泡出血(DAH)的救治与护理方法。针对重症肺炎合并DAH病情危重、病死率高的特点,采取了严密观察病情、合理的抗生素治疗、呼吸机辅助呼吸、输血、血液净化等综合治疗和护理措施,患者病情得到控制,安全度过危险期,取得了良好的救治效果。This paper summarizes the nursing care of an elderly patient with severe pneumonia complicated by diffuse alveolar hemorrhage（DAH）. For the patient was in critical condition and risk of high mortality, Comprehensive measures of treatment and nursing care were implemented ,such as close observation of the patient＇s condition,rational use of antibiotics,ventilator-assisted breathing,blood transfusion and blood purification therapy. As a resub,the patient＇s condition was under control and safely got through the critical stage.
