15例人感染H7N9禽流感重症患者的护理

摘　　要：总结15例人感染H7N9禽流感重症患者的护理要点。严密监测病情,做好机械通气、体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)、人工肝和连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的护理,落实各项消毒隔离及防护措施,是成功抢救人感染H7N9禽流感重症患者,提高危重患者生存率的关键。本组11例患者治愈出院,4例死亡。This paper summarizes nursing care of 15 critically ill patients with human in^ections of avian influenza A H7N9 virus. The key points to improve the survival rate were intensive monitoring of the patients＇ status,high-quality care of patients with mechanical ventilation, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation （ECMO）, artificial liver and continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT）, strict implementation of disinfection,isolation and precaution measures. As a result, 11 cases were cured and dischar-ged from hospital and 4 cases died.
