摘　　要：总结了10例家族性腺瘤性息肉病患者行腹腔镜全结直肠切除并回肠贮袋肛管吻合术的护理配合。术前做好患者心理护理,各种特殊器械的准备工作;术中熟悉手术进程,根据手术需要调整体位,注意保暖,合理摆放仪器设备,密切配合手术医师,并注意严格无菌操作及无瘤技术操作,降低术后感染及肿瘤细胞扩散。10例手术顺利完成,术后康复良好。This paper summarizes the intraoperative care of 10 patients with familial adenomatous polyposis （FAP） treated by laparoseopie proetoeoleetomy and ileal pouch-anal anastomosis（IPAA）. Preoperative care focused on psychological nursing and preparations of various surgical instruments. During the operation, the key points were position care, temperature regulation, proper placement of various surgical instruments, close cooperation with surgeons, strict aseptic procedures and non-tumor techniques to reduce postoperative infections and dissemination of tumor cells. All the patients underwent successful operation and satisfactory recovery.
