摘　　要：目的研究胆囊结石行腹腔镜手术患者住院期间的护理工作负荷。方法选择在某医院住院治疗并手术的胆囊结石患者60例,测量每例患者每天的直接护理项目工作频次、操作时间及间接护理工作时间。结果胆囊结石行腹腔镜手术患者的直接护理工作时间为(282.64±51.70)min/患者,每日间接护理工作时间平均为45.51min/患者,平均护理工作总时间为(575.93±121.91)min/患者。结论手术时间不同对胆囊结石行腹腔镜手术患者的住院天数和护理工作负荷有较大的影响,提示护理管理者在配备护理人力时应予以充分考虑。Objective To investigate the nursing workload in patients with cholecystolithiasis receiving laparo- scopic surgery in the department of general surgery. Methods The direct and indirect nursing hours were recorded in 60 eholecystolithiasis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the department of general surgery. Results The average direct nursing time in cholecystolithiasis patients with laparoscopic surgery was （282.64±51.70） minutes per patient; the average daily indirect nursing time was 45.51 minutes per patient; the average total nursing time was （575.93±121.91） minutes per patient. Conclusion The operation duration is a significant factor influencing the length of hospital stay and nursing workload of eholecystolithiasis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,which should be taken into account in nurse staffing.
