摘　　要：从流媒体技术的原理出发,采用流媒体点播服务器Windows Media Server以及IIS WEB服务器设计了一种基于校园网的电视直播系统,利用Dreamweaver、Flash等工具软件和HTML语言开发出了用户客户端WEB界面,并组建了服务器,在校园网络上实现了电视节目的在线直播,校园网用户可以通过Internet运用系统播放器Media Player收看电视节目。From the stream media technology principle, the campus network TV live broadcast system is designed based on the Windows Media Server and IIS WEB server.The user client WEB interface is developed using the Dreamweaver, Flash and HTML language and other tools, and set up the server.Moreover, we implement on network television programs live online on campus, and the network users on campus can use the systemvia the lnternet player Media Player to watch TV programs.
