摘　　要：介绍了一种薄煤层刨煤机工作面自动化开采系统。该系统能够在工作面无人或少人的情况下,通过控制室的集控台来控制工作面的设备,自动完成刨煤机落煤、装煤,输送机运煤,液压支架自动推移,冷却系统跟随刨头成组覆盖喷雾等工作,实现采煤过程的自动化运行。当煤质条件发生变化时,操作人员还可以在集控台对刨头的运行参数和液压支架的推移参数进行调整,实现工作面远程控制和安全、高产、高效开采。The paper introduced a kind of automatic mining system applied on the working face of the plough in thin coal seams. The system controlled the equipments on the working face via the console in the control room in the case of nobody and few workers, so as to automatically achieve coal mining and loading by the plough, coal transport by the conveyor, automatic moving of the hydraulic support, large-range spraying of the cooling system following the plough bit, thus the automatic mining operation realized. While the coal properties varied, the operator could adjust the operative parameters of the plough bit and the hydraulic support on the console, so as to realize the remote control of the working face as well as safe and efficient mining operation.
