摘 要:分析了卷筒辐板应力在矿井提升机故障诊断和性能评估上的应用价值,利用无线传感网络、虚拟现实和Internet技术,设计了矿井提升机卷筒辐板应力检测系统,开发了基于ZigBee的无线采集器和协调器、基于Visual Basic的本地监测平台和基于Visual Studio的远程共享平台,实现了对辐板应力的无线采集、本地监测和远程共享,该系统具有布设方便、低成本、高可靠性等优点。The applicable value of the stress of the drum spoke plate in fault diagnosis and performance evaluation of the mine hoist was analyzed. The system of detecting the stress of the drum spoke plate in the mine hoist was designed by using wireless sensor network, virtual reality and Internet technology, and then the wireless collectors and coordinator based on ZigBee, the local monitoring platform based on Visual Basic and the remote sharing platform based on Visual Studio were developed, so as to realize the wireless collection, local monitoring and remote sharing of the stress of the spoke plate. The system was characterized by convenient lavout, low cost and high reliability etc.
