摘 要:以自移机尾前移时的带式输送机为研究对象,建立了该状态时的带式输送机动力学模型,并利用AMESim软件建立其仿真模型。当自移机尾以3种不同的稳定速度前移时,对承载段输送带进行了动态分析,通过仿真得到了机头与机尾处输送带的张力、速度和加速度的变化规律。根据变化规律可知,在控制自移机尾前移时应尽量缓慢,以防机头输送带打滑。The conveyance belt coming from the forward moving mobile drive end served as the research objective, the paper established its dynamic model, and applied AMESim software to build the simulation model. While the mobile drive end was moving forward at three various stable velocities, the dynamic analysis of the loaded conveyance belt was carried out. And then, the variation laws of the tension, velocity and acceleration at the belt joint of the head and the tail were obtained through simulation. According to the variation laws, it was achieved that the mobile drive end should forward move slowly so as to prevent the slippage of the head belt.
