摘 要:结合带式输送机盘式制动器的实际工况,充分考虑移动热源和热流耦合作用,利用传热学基本理论,建立摩擦副传热数学模型,并对制动过程中制动盘的瞬态温度场进行数值计算和试验研究。结果表明,制动盘的表面温度呈现先升后降的动态过程,最高温度出现在制动结束前某一时刻;制动盘在轴向和径向均存在较大的温度梯度,表面温度随摩擦半径增大而增大。仿真结果与试验结果较好地吻合,两者最大误差为4.43%,验证了数值模拟的正确性。Combining with actual operation conditions of the disc brake for the belt conveyor and fully considering the coupling effects of moving heat source and heat flow, the mathematical model for heat transfer of friction pairs was established based on the heat transfer theory. And then, the numerical calculation and test study of the transient temperature field of the braking disc during braking process were conducted. The results showed: the surface temperature of the braking disc increased first and then decreased, and the highest temperature occurred just at a certain time before braking end; there was great temperature gradient in both radial and axial direction of the braking disc, and the surface temperature rose with increase in the frictional radius. The simulation results coincided with test ones, the maximum error between them was 4.43%, which verified the correctness of the simulation.
