摘 要:运用Hertz理论、相似原理及能量守恒理论,用简单冲击粉碎试验装置对冲击物料过程进行分析。结果表明,冲击物料是弹塑性形变过程,冲击力模型的理论值更符合实际值,理论值与实际值误差为10%左右。冲击力大小受冲击势能和钢球直径的影响,冲击势能与冲击力不呈正比关系;冲击应力和粉磨效果主要受冲击势能影响;等冲击势能作用下,冲击应力相等,粉磨效果也相等。The process of grinding ball impacting the charge in a simple lab mill was analyzed by using Hertz theory, similarity principle and energy conservation theory. The analysis results showed that the impacting process was an elastic-plastic deformation process and the theoretical impact value approached to the actual one with error of 10%.
