摘 要:针对给矿含水率对赤铁矿石高压辊磨机粉碎效果的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,高压辊磨机粉碎产品的中料含水率较原矿降低,边料含水率较原矿增加,边料含水率的增加速度远大于中料。随着给矿含水率的增加,高压辊磨机的单位能耗增加,处理能力降低;中料细粒级含量降低,粗粒级含量升高,粒度分布更加集中于中间粒级,而边料粒度变细,分布变宽。给矿含水后,平衡后的边料循环闭路产品的粒度变化规律与开路一致。The influence of the moisture of hematite feeding on the grinding effects of HPGR (high-pressure grinding roll) was studied by test. The study results showed: the HPGR middlings had lower moisture than that of the feeding, while the excessive product had higher moisture than that of the feeding, and the moisture increasing rate of the excessive product was much higher than that of the middlings. With the increase in the feeding moisture, the specific energy consumption rose and the productivity dropped; the fine particle content decreased and the coarse particle content increased, the middle particle content accounted for the majority; the excessive product grew finer and broader in size distribution. The size variation laws of the product from balanced excessive product closed-cycle circulation process were in accordance with that of open circuit.
