摘 要:江西某铜矿矿泥含量大,且矿泥中铜硫品位高,为回收其中的铜硫资源,矿泥经预先分级后,沉砂进行铜浮选,溢流给入铜扫选一作业中,浮铜尾矿重选回收硫的"浮-重"联合工艺对铜硫进行综合回收。铜浮选系统以"Y-10+丁黄+丁铵"组合作为铜的捕收剂,闭路试验获得铜精矿铜品位20.12%,铜回收率61.74%的选别指标。硫回收系统采用"螺旋溜槽-摇床"联合工艺,获得硫精矿硫品位为36.15%,回收率为42.95%的选别指标。A certain Jiangxi copper mine contained large slime, and in which the grade of the copper and sulfur was high. In order to recover copper and sulfur, the slime was classified in advance and then silted to conduct copper flotation, the overflow was fed into the first copper scavenging operation, and the tailings from copper flotation was processed by gravity separation to recover the sulfur, which was called flotation-gravity combined process. In the copper flotation system, combination of Y-10 and butyl xanthate and butylamine served as the cooper collector. From the closed-circuit experiment, the copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.12% and copper recovery rate of 61.74% was obtained. In the sulfur recovery system, combination of spiral chute and shaker was applied to achieve the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 36.15% and sulfur recovery rate of 42.95%. Industrial application showed that the combined process was contributive to increase in output value of mines.
