摘 要:提出了一套新型尾矿干排工艺,即尾矿分级脱水-浓缩干排工艺,该工艺通过新型多段变锥旋流器将尾矿分级,粗粒通过高频筛脱水干堆,细粒及微细粒通过浓缩工艺脱水干排,可低成本、高效地实现尾矿的干堆排放以及水的循环利用,尤其是无耙高效浓缩机的引入,从根本上解决了细粒及微细粒尾矿高效脱水的难题。该工艺目前已在多个矿山得到应用。A new type of tailings dry disposal process was proposed, which was grading dehydration and concentration dry disposal of tailings. During the process, railings were classified by the new-type multistage variable-speed cone cyclone, and then coarse grains were dehydrated and heaped dryly via the high- frequency screen, while fine and superfine grains were dehydrated and dryly disposed by the concentration technology. Therefore, the dry heaping and disposal of railings as well as water recycling were realizedefficiently at low cost. Particularly, with the introduction of the efficient no-raking thickener, the efficient dehydration oftailings with fine and superfine grains was achieved radically. The process has been applied in many mines so far.
