摘  要:将自行研制的高活性包埋菌投加到流化床反应器中(体积分数10%的填充率),控制反应体系温度为30℃,pH在6.0~8.0时,DO的质量浓度在5.0 mg/L左右的条件下,考察包埋菌对人工配置含氨氮苯酚废水的处理效果。并对包埋菌进行SEM表征,并选用GC-MS研究苯酚降解中间产物以推测苯酚降解机理。结果表明,该菌能够有效地降解废水中的苯酚和氨氮:如质量浓度分别为38、92 mg/L的苯酚分别在1、3 h内即降解完全,而对应废水中质量浓度43、52 mg/L的氨氮分别在9 h降解完全、11 h降到10 mg/L。包埋菌内表面细菌多数是球体状或短小杆状,密度大,包埋菌内包含好氧和厌氧2种降解途径实现苯酚无害化过程。The degradation of phenol and ammonia nitrogen by high-activity immobilized bacteria was examined in a fluidized bed reactor with 10% filling at optimized conditions (pH=6.0-8.0, 30 ℃, ρ(DO)=5.0 mg/L). SEM analysis was utilized for observation of immobilized bacteria and GC-MS analysis for the intermediates of phenol degradation. The present work has demonstrated that the immobilized bacteria have remarkable capacity to degrade phenol and ammonia nitrogen simultaneously: 38 mg/L phenol and 43 mg/L ammonia concentration can be removed within 1 h and 9 h respectively, 92 mg/L of phenol can be removed within 3 h and ammonia nitrogen reduced from 52 mg/L to 10 mg/L after 11 h degradation. It showed that the immobilized bacteria are capable of degrading phenol aerobically and anaerobically.
