摘 要:以三辛胺为络合剂,磺化煤油为稀释剂,采用络合萃取法对CLT酸生产废水进行了预处理研究,考察了pH、温度、搅拌转速、搅拌时间、静置时间、相比等操作条件对预处理效果的影响。结果表明,当废水pH为1.10,相比Vw/Vo为6,在20℃、400 r/min下搅拌60 min,静置60 min后水相无色澄清,COD为262 mg/L,COD去除率达99.27%。Complexing extraction was applied for the pretreatment of CLT acid production wastewater with trioctylamine (TOA) as complexing agent and sulfonated kerosene as diluent. Effects of such operating conditions as pH value ofwastewater, temperature, stirring speed, stirring time, settling time and phase ratio VJVo on pretreatment efficiency were investigated. Results showed that when pH value ofwastewater was 1.10, phase ratio Vw/Vo was 6, temperature was 20 ℃, stirring speed was 400 r/min, stirring time was 60 min and settling time was 60 min, the raffinate water was achromatic and transparent with a COD of 262 mg/L, the single stage COD removal rate reached 99.27%.
