摘 要:采用厌氧折流板水解酸化反应器(ABR)与上向流曝气生物滤池(UBAF)串联组合工艺处理典型合成洗涤剂废水,考察了ABR的处理效果,研究了污染物沿UBAF滤池高度的处理效能。结果表明,ABR对COD、LAS、TP的去除率分别达到45.1%、37.8%、21.6%,出水pH为7.22,未出现水质酸化现象,但ABR对NH4+-N处理无效。UBAF对其进水中的COD、LAS、TP、NH4+-N的去除率分别达到94.2%、83.4%、88.5%、80.7%,UBAF的有效填料层厚度以1 500~2 000 mm为宜,若进一步加大滤层厚度对提高污染物的处效果不显著。系统最终处理出水COD为25 mg/L,LAS、TP、NH4+-N的质量浓度分别为8.0、1.32、4.32 mg/L,pH为7.58,COD、NH4+-N含量优于GB 8978-1996的排放一级标准,LAS含量达排放二级标准。The combined process of ABR and UBAF was used to treat synthetic detergent wastewater, and the treatment efficiencies in ABR and UBAF along filter layer thickness were investigated respectively. The results show that the removal rate of COD, LAS and TP in the ABR could reach 45.1%, 37.8% and 21.6% respectively, the pH is 7.22, and the effluent wasn't acidified, but the ABR treated NH4+-N invalidly. The removal rate of COD, LAS, TP and NH4+-N of the inflow could reach 94.2%, 83.4%, 88.5% and 80.7% respectively in the UBAF, and the effective filter layer height of the UBAF is 1 500-2 000 mm, the removal rate of pollutant improve unremarkably with further increasing the filter layer height. The final effluent concentration was as follows: COD 25 mg/L, NH4+-N 4.32 mg/L, LAS 8 mg/L and TP 1.32 rag/L, pH 7.58. The concentration of COD and NH4+-N are better than the first class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard, and the concentration of LAS meets the second class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
