摘 要:采用真空膜蒸馏法处理吸收了硫化氢的碳酸盐富液,考察料液温度、流量、浓度及膜两侧真空度对分离效果的影响。结果表明,在实验条件下,富液进口温度、流量和膜两侧真空度的增加导致膜总通量增大;选择性系数随温度和真空度的增加而减少,随流量增加而升高;初始浓度对脱除率影响不大。装置运行的优化条件是:料液温度为60℃,流量为250 L/h,真空度85 kPa,在此条件下,富液的脱硫率可达96%。The treatment of H2S-riched carbonate solution was investigated by vacuum membrane distillation in the laboratory. The influence factors such as inlet temperature, flow rate, concentration and vacuum degree of both sides of membrane on separating effect were studied. The results indicated that with the increase of temperature, flow and vacuum degree, the membrane flux increased. Selective coefficient decreased with the increase of the temperature and vacuum degree, but increased with the increase of flow rate. The effect of initial concentration on the removal rate is not evident. The optimal conditions were as follows: temperature was 60 ℃, flow was 250 L/h, vacuum degree was 85 kPa. In this condition, the desulfurization degree of solution reached 96%.
