摘 要:目的探讨围生期窒息对早产儿自然杀伤(NK)细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化的影响及其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞仪对31例轻度窒息早产儿及25例重度窒息早产儿生后2h静脉血T淋巴细胞亚群进行测定,对照组为同期在本科住院的无窒息早产儿30例。结果重度窒息组CD3-/CD16+CD56+,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显低于对照组与轻度窒息组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);轻度窒息组CD3-/CD16+CD56+,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+亦明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);轻重度窒息组各项指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,但均高于对照组,P〉0.05。结论窒息缺氧可导致早产儿NK细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群紊乱,随着窒息程度加重,早产儿免疫功能改变愈加显著。Objective To investigate the effect of asphyxia in perinatal period on NK cell and T- lymphocyte subsets levels in preterm infants. Methods Flow cytometers was used to detect the venous blood T-lymphocyte subsets levels of 31 preterm infants with mild asphyxia and 25 premature infants with severe asphyxia at 2 hours after birth. At the same period, 30 preterm infants without asphyxia hospitalized in our department were enrolled as control group. Results Compared with the control group and the mild asphyxia group, CD3 -/CD16 + CD56 + , CD3 + , CD4 + , CD4/+ CD8 + of the severe asphyxia group significantly decreased(P 〈0. 05); CD3-/CD16+CD56+ and CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ of the mild asphyxia group were lower than those in the control group, there were significant differences (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in each indexes between mild and severe asphyxia group and control group, but both of them were higher than that in the control group(P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions Asphyxia can cause disturbance of T-lymphocyte subsets in preterm infants and the more severe of asphyxia, the more dramatic change of NK cell and T-lymphocyte subsets have been found.
