摘  要:目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌对细菌性肠炎患儿细胞免疫及临床疗效的影响。方法选取住院80例细菌性肠炎患儿为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组常规抗感染、对症及支持治疗,治疗组加用布拉氏酵母菌散剂口服至治愈出院,比较两组治疗前后细胞免疫变化、症状体征恢复情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗前后NK细胞相对活性及外周血CD4+/CD8+比值显著升高(P〈0.05);腹泻平均持续时间治疗组较对照组显著缩短(P〈0.05);入院后第7天平均大便次数治疗组显著减少(P〈0.01);治疗组总有效率较对照组显著升高(P〈0.05)。结论在常规治疗中联合布拉氏酵母菌散有调节细胞免疫功能的作用,可缩短儿童细菌性肠炎的持续时间,减少大便次数。Objective To investigate the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii on cell immunologic function and the clinical efficacy of bacterial diarrhea in children. Methods Eighty hospitalized children with bacterial diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given antibiotics, symptomatic and supportive treatment. The patients in treatment group were orally given the pulvis of Saccharomyces boulardii until left the hospital. The changes of cell immunologic function and clinical efficacy were compared. Results NK cell activity and ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + in treatment group increased significantly after treatment (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The diarrhea average duration in treatment group was shortened significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The average stool frequency in treatment group decreased significantly after 7 days ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with control group, the total effective rate in treatment group increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Saccharomyces boulardii can regulate cellular immunity and decrease the duration of infectious diarrhea in children.
