摘  要:赤泥中通常含有大量的碱,不仅限制了其综合利用,同时也是一种资源浪费。本文主要研究赤泥中碱的回收方法。采用常压石灰法处理赤泥脱碱后的脱碱液并循环使用使脱碱液中的碱富集,然后通入二氧化碳气体使其转化成碳酸氢钠饱和盐溶液,并加入正丁醇萃取,从而回收赤泥中的碱。结果表明:赤泥脱碱液经过4次循环利用后,钠离子质量浓度达到25.6 mg/mL;正丁醇与饱和碳酸氢钠溶液的体积比为5∶1,反应温度为35℃时,碳酸氢钠的回收率最大,回收得到的碳酸氢钠晶体结晶形态良好。There is usually a lot of alkali in the red mud ,which not only limits its comprehensive utilization, but also is a waste of resources.Recovery method of alkali in the red mud was mainly researched.Alkali liquor was obtained by treating red mud with atmospheric lime method and it was recycled to reach alkali enrichment, then passed into the carbon dioxide gas to make it into sodium bicarbonate saturated salt solution, and added n-butyl alcohol for extraction, thereby alkali in red mud could be recovered.Resuhs indicated that after four times recycling of alkali liquor, the mass concentration of Na element in the solution reached to 25.6 mg/mL;and when the volume ratio of n-butyl alcohol to saturated sodium bicarbonate solution was 5:1 and reaction temperature was 35 ℃,the recovery rate of sodium bicarbonate was the largest and the morphology of sodium bicarbonate crystal obtained by recovery was good.
