电子信息产业R&D机构落户内陆的影响因素研究——基于对内陆R&D环境的满意度调查

摘　　要：电子信息产业R&D机构代表了自主创新能力的最高水平和核心竞争力,对构建我国电子信息产业创新体系作用巨大。在西部大开发和中部崛起的战略背景下,以打造内陆R&D中心集聚高地、提高区域创新能力为目的,构建了包含30个因素的指标体系。基于对内陆R&D环境的满意度调查,利用127份有效问卷的样本数据,应用相关分析和多元回归模型,测度出对电子信息产业R&D机构落户内陆具有高度相关且促进作用较大的10个主要影响因素。最后,针对主要因素的重要程度提出相应的对策和建议。The R＆D institutions of electronic information industry represent the highest level of independent innovation capability and core competitiveness. It is very important to build the Chinese electronic information industry innovation system. For the purpose of building R＆D centers＇ gathering place in inland and enhancing regional innovation capability, we construct the index system contained 30 factors, based on the background of the ＇Western Development＇ and ＇Rise of Chinese Middle Region＇ strategies. After the satisfaction survey of inland R＆D environment, we find out the 10 main influencing factors, which is highly relevant and larger role in promoting the location inland of electronic information industrial R＆D institutions, with the 127 valid questionnaires data, by using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression model. Finally, according to the important degrees of main influence factors, we give the countermeasures and suggestions
